The Verification Process

Please note:
The platform is currently in a closed beta phase, with access available by invitation only. During this phase, certain aspects of the verification process may differ slightly from the official ones described bellow as we continue to test and refine the system.

If you’re interested in participating in the closed beta or learning more, you can request additional information through our contact form here.

To ensure that each account on the platform represents a single, real individual, we use a direct, in-person verification model designed to balance trust, privacy, and operational efficiency.

Event-based verification model

Identity verification is conducted at dedicated verification events. At these events, users can register and have their account created in person by a member of the platform team.

Registration and Verification Flow

When a user requests account creation at a verification event:

  1. A EON representative verifies the user’s identity in person using a government-issued ID.
  2. The system checks whether the identity already exists in the verification database.
  3. If no existing record is found, a new account is created and the required verification data is securely stored.
  4. Each verified identity can be associated with one account only.

Data Collected During Verification

For the purposes of identity verification and account uniqueness, the following data is collected:

  • Scan of both sides of the ID card
  • Internal user ID assigned at registration

This data is collected solely for verification purposes and is not publicly visible on the platform.

Data Storage and Access

All verification data is stored in an encrypted database.
Access to this database is strictly limited and verification data is never shared with third parties except where required by law.
